The context behind the brief.

An inheritance certificate can prove why someone owns value. A bank may still need to see how that value became the money now entering the account.
Estate evidence can establish entitlement. A later bank review may still need the realization event and account path that turned inherited value into this exact transfer.
The missing middle often appears months after the estate work: property was sold, an account was released or heirs settled between themselves, but the retained file does not connect that event to the incoming amount.

Inheritance and banking evidence are connected but not identical. The estate file establishes why the heir became entitled to an asset or amount. The bank file may ask a later question: how did that inherited value become this exact payment, on this date, through these accounts?
The missing middle can be a sale of inherited property, release of an inherited bank balance, company distribution, settlement between heirs or another realization event. Without that bridge, a legitimate inheritance file can still look incomplete from a transaction-monitoring perspective.
Start with the inheritance result, then identify the asset/payment event, then reconcile the account trail. If the receiving institution asks for tax or obligation evidence, add that as a separate proposition rather than making the inheritance record carry every explanation.
Names, currencies and amounts should connect across the stages. Where conversion or intermediate accounts exist, show them rather than leaving the reviewer to infer why the final incoming amount differs from the inherited asset value.
A well-documented inheritance does not itself establish that a particular outbound Ukraine transfer is currently available. Likewise, a permitted payment route does not remove the Canadian institution’s independent source review.
Keeping those controls separate gives the client a reusable evidence file without promising outcomes controlled by banks or current currency rules.
This publication is an operational/editorial note rather than a current-rule bulletin. If a real file reaches a government, bank, notary, registry or other change-sensitive step, confirm that step against the current competent source.

Send the real situation. We’ll map the operational route and separate what is stable from what needs current verification.
