LexRoota started from a very practical problem: people in Canada still own property, companies, documents, family matters and financial relationships in Ukraine, but the work required to move a file between the two countries is fragmented across notaries, apostille authorities, translators, lawyers, banks, couriers and public registries.
The product is not “more legal complexity”. The product is an understandable route: identify the outcome, show which step belongs in which country, coordinate the moving parts and make the role of every regulated professional explicit.
LexRoota combines lex — law and legal structure — with ruta, a Ukrainian botanical and cultural reference that also visually echoes roots and route. The brand mark combines that Ukrainian botanical idea with a Canadian maple leaf without turning the identity into flags or courthouse clichés.
The LexRoota website is structured in three complementary ways: Services for people who know what work they need, Cases for people who only know the problem they have, and Guides for people who want to understand the route before they engage anyone.
The initial public scope focuses on documents, corporate matters, property, banking/source-of-funds coordination, inheritance and family documents between Canada and Ukraine. Canadian immigration representation and litigation are outside the initial public scope.
